Who we are

Wealthino Ventures Private Limited is a mutual fund distributor registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) under registration number ARN-361120. We also facilitate health insurance products.

We are a distributor, not an investment adviser

We are not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser. We do not charge you a fee for advice. Our role is to distribute mutual fund schemes and to help you complete transactions in them. Nothing on this website should be read as personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or a recommendation to buy or sell any particular security or scheme.

How we are paid

We receive commission from the asset management companies whose schemes you invest in through us. This commission is embedded in the expense ratio of the regular plan of the scheme and is not charged to you separately. Rates vary between schemes and between categories, which means our remuneration is not identical across the products we distribute. You may ask us at any time what commission a particular recommendation pays us, and we will tell you. Direct plans of the same schemes carry a lower expense ratio because they include no distributor commission, and are available to you if you prefer to invest without a distributor.

For insurance, we receive commission from the insurer. The premium payable by you for a given policy is filed with the regulator and is not increased by buying through us.

Market risk

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme related documents carefully. The value of your investment can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than you invested. Past performance is not indicative of future results and should not be relied upon as a guide to future returns. No return is guaranteed or assured by us, by any scheme, or by any asset management company.

About the calculators on this site

The tools in our Tools section are illustrative aids. Every result they produce depends entirely on the assumptions entered by the user — rates of return, inflation, tax rates and time periods. Actual markets do not deliver steady annual returns, and tax law changes. These outputs are not forecasts, projections, or promises. They are intended to help you compare choices and understand trade-offs, nothing more.

Insurance

Insurance is a subject matter of solicitation. Cover is subject in every case to the terms, conditions, waiting periods, sub-limits and exclusions of the policy document issued by the insurer. Any description of a product on this website is a summary for convenience only; the policy wording prevails. Claim decisions rest solely with the insurer.

Tax

References to taxation reflect our understanding of the rules as they stand and are given for general information. Tax treatment depends on your individual circumstances and may change. Please consult a qualified tax professional before acting.
